How to Hide Drive in Windows 7 or Vista

In your PC always have many Drives for using. Do you want to hide the drive?
There are two ways to hide the drive, first one is using Software and second one is using Command Prompt.
This content will show how to hide drive via command prompt.

1- Press Ctrl +R then type CMD

 

2- In Command Prompt, type Diskpart then press Enter

(If pop up User Account Control dialog-box, press Yes)

3- Type List Volume, after DISKPART then press Enter 

4- Select the drive by typing (example we wish to hide drive G)

select volume G 

then press Enter

5- Type:

Remove Letter G

6- Done.
