Zephyr is the creation of Cydia developer, and the premise is simple: swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up the app-switcher (normally activated with a double tap of the home button), and swipe left to right to switch back and forth between recent apps.
To get Zephyr, Following the below step :
1/ Cydia → Manage → Source → Edit → Add (http://ihacksrepo.com/)
2/ Open in ihacksrepo.com → Find Zephyr → Modify → Install → Confirm
3/ Restart SpringBoard
4/ The last step is go to Setting and set the Zephyr function
